Your Ministry of Defense thread is required. Without a Ministry of Defense thread, your military actions will not be processed. Thus every player must create a thread in this area. Certain countries are excused from posting their Ministry of Defense thread are those that are generally secretive regarding their defense arrangements. This will be done on a case by case basis. Countries such as North Korea, Russia, or China do not reveal much about their domestic production or procurement. The United States however is for the most part fully transparency aside from classified research and development projects. Thus the United States is not excused. Those that are still must create the same thread in their national page for moderators.
Your Ministry of Defense must include the following: the military budget of your country, your country's procurement budget, production capacity, and purchases as well as production for any given year. An example of the first post of your Ministry of Defense is provided, combined with subsequent posts as required. Your Ministry of Defense should have no more than three posts: the first, the second dedicated for production, and the third for any foreign purchases. When a new year comes, you will simply edit the posts and add a new year. Please note that this must be kept up to date at all times.
